A cancellation at anytime will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations 45 days prior to event will only be allowed
if we are able to sell your accommodations to another attendee. This will also incur a 10% cancellation fee.
NO CANCELLATION/REFUND ALLOWED LESS THAN 14 DAYS. PRIOR TO THE EVENT!
